2. Maintenance plan required - No private stormwater facilities may be approved unless <br />a maintenance plan is provided that defines who will conduct the maintenance, the <br />type of maintenance and the maintenance intervals. <br />43.Inspection - The eon+n+uft4yC�shall inspect all stormwater facilities during <br />construction, during the first year of operation, and at least once every five years <br />thereafter, or as budget allows. <br />-5-4. Maintenance of Publicly Owned Stormwater Facilities - The City shall <br />annually perform the maintenance of the in place stormwater facilities within the <br />community as provided for in the local water management plan or watershed <br />management plan_ of w.,...,.gemefA organizations :rte ere is 440 <br />edWeal water manag.. efA plan Further, the City shall notify the <br />owners of other publicly owned stormwater facilities if scheduled maintenance is <br />needed according to periodic site inspections or maintenance plans on file. <br />J. Inventory of Stormwater Facilities. Upon adoption of this Chapter, the City shall inventory <br />and maintain a database for all private and public stormwater facilities within community <br />requiring maintenance to assure compliance with this ordinance. The City shall notify owners <br />of public and private stormwater facilities of the need for conducting maintenance at least <br />every five years, starting in <br />K. Severability. The provisions of this ordinance are severable, and if any provisions of this <br />ordinance, or application of any provision of this ordinance to any circumstance, is held <br />invalid, the application of such provision to other circumstances, and the remainder of this <br />ordinance must not be affected thereby. <br />
