County Road 88 & Long Lake Road <br />o Project is scheduled to begin in February of 2019. Works consists of CIPP lining <br />the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by <br />the end of November 2019. <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation updates: <br />• County Road B2 and Snelling signal replacement project is completed. Final cleanup will <br />take place in the spring. <br />• MnDOT is finalizing plans to perform pavement maintenance on 35W south of TH 36 in <br />2018. Included in this project will be the replacement of the traffic signal at Cleveland <br />and County Road B. There will be impacts to some ramps in Roseville including the <br />Cleveland Ave/County Road B ramps and access to TH 280. Staff will bring more <br />information on this project to the Commission as details are made available. <br />Misc. Items: <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Street Maintenance attended annual Salt Symposium. <br />• Winter tree trimming ongoing. <br />• Installing new street names signs and post. <br />• Performed 18 ice/snow event callouts to date this winter season. <br />• Repaired/fabricated seasonal equipment. <br />• Turned leaves at the compost site. <br />• Utility staff worked with the engineers and contractor on the Booster Station project. <br />• Repaired five broken water mains. <br />• Assisted two property owners with frozen services <br />• Collected water samples for bacteriological testing <br />• Collected water samples for disinfection by-product testing <br />• Continued replacing meter heads and radios <br />• Coordinated and assisted with numerous repairs and upgrades on the City Hall campus. <br />Attachments: <br />A: 2018 Project Map <br />B: January Development Activity Report <br />C: Met Council Project Information <br />
