City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1541 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br /> CODE,TITLE 3, CHAPTER 302, TO ACCOMODATE NEW OPERATION PLANS AT <br /> THE CEDARHOLM COMMUNITY BUILDING AND GOLF COURSE ALLOWING <br /> THE SERVICE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR BY LICENSED VENDORS DURING <br /> AUTHORIZED EVENTS. <br /> SECTION 1: Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific <br /> requirements within the Roseville City Code, Title 3, Chapter 302, to regulate service of <br /> intoxicating liquor by licensed vendors at Cedarholm Community Building and Golf Course <br /> during authorized events. <br /> SECTION 2: Section 302.02 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED: <br /> A. General Requirement:No person,except awholesalerormanufacturertothe extent authorized <br /> under State license,shall directlyorindirectlydeal in,sell orkeep for sale in the Cityanynon- <br /> intoxicatingmalt liquor or intoxicating liquorwithout alicense to do so as provided in this <br /> Chapter. <br /> B. Types of Licenses: <br /> 1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be ofnine(9)kinds:On-sale,On-sale Wine,On-sale <br /> Brewer Taproom, Club, Special Sunday, Off-sale, Off-sale Brewery, Off-sale <br /> Microdistillery, and On-Sale Microdistillery Cocktail Room.
