1Attachment D <br />2 <br />City of Roseville <br />3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. ____ <br />4 <br />5 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />6 <br />CODE, TITLE 3, CHAPTER 302, TO ACCOMODATE NEW OPERATION PLANS AT <br />7 <br />THE CEDARHOLM COMMUNITY BUILDING AND GOLF COURSE ALLOWING <br />8 <br />THE SERVICE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR BY LICENSED VENDORS DURING <br />9 <br />AUTHORIZED EVENTS. <br />10 <br />11 <br />SECTION 1: Purpose: <br />12The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific <br />13requirements within the Roseville City Code, Title 3, Chapter 302, to regulate service of <br />14intoxicating liquor by licensed vendors at Cedarholm Community Building and Golf Course <br />15during authorized events. <br />16 <br />SECTION 2:Section 302.02 is amended to read as follows: <br />17 <br />18 <br />302.02: LICENSEREQUIRED: <br />19 <br />20A.GeneralRequirement:Noperson,except a wholesalerormanufacturertotheextent authorized <br />21underStatelicense,shalldirectlyorindirectlydealin,sellorkeepforsalein theCityanynon- <br />22intoxicatingmaltliquororintoxicatingliquorwithout a licensetodo soas provided inthis <br />23Chapter. <br />24 <br />25B.Types of Licenses: <br />261.Intoxicatingliquorlicensesshallbeofnine(9)kinds:On-sale,On-saleWine,On-sale <br />27Brewer Taproom, Club, Special Sunday, Off-sale, Off-sale Brewery, Off-sale <br />28Microdistillery, and On-Sale Microdistillery Cocktail Room. (Ord.1428, 7-24-2012) <br />6 <br />29(Ord. -----,-8-15) <br />30C.Non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses shall be of two kinds: On-sale and Off-sale.Expiration: <br />31Allintoxicating liquor and non-intoxicatingmalt liquor licenses shall expire on December 31 of <br />32eachyear. <br />33D.On-sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses: On-sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be issuedonly <br />34tohotelsandrestaurantsandshallpermitOn-saleofintoxicatingliquor only,forconsumptionon <br />35thelicensedpremisesonly,inconjunctionwiththesaleof food.
