96the provisions of this Chapter. <br />97 <br />98J.On-sale Non-intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses: On-sale licenses shall permit the <br />99licensee to sell non-intoxicating malt liquor for consumption on the premises only. <br />100K.Off-sale Non-intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses: Off-sale licenses shall permit the licensee to sell <br />101non-intoxicating malt liquor in original packages for consumption off the premises only. <br />102(Ord. 972, 5-13-1985) <br />103L.Off-Sale Brewery Malt Liquor License: Off-sale brewery malt liquor licenses for the sale of <br />104intoxicating liquor shall permit the licensee to sell intoxicating liquor that has been produced and <br />105packaged on the licensed premises in accordance with MN Statutes section 340A.28 <br />106(Ord.1406, 4-25-2011) <br />107M.Temporary On-sale Licenses: Temporary On-sale licenses may be issued to a club or charitable, <br />108religiousor nonprofit organization in existence for atleast three years in connection with social <br />109events within the City, for up to three days in accordance with MinnesotaStatutessection <br />110340A.404,subdivision10.(1995Code) <br />111N.Temporary On-sale License In Central Park: Upon payment of the fee and submission of a <br />112completed application form, the City Manager is authorized to approve a temporary On- sale <br />113license for the sale and distribution of non-intoxicating malt liquor to a club, charitable, <br />114religiousor other nonprofit organization in existence at least three years, for such sale and <br />115distribution in Central Park only for a time not to exceed three consecutive days,providedthe <br />116followingconditionsaremet: <br />1. <br />117Insurance: Proof of liquor liability insurance in an amount equal to and in the form required <br />118bysubsection302.03CofthisChapterisfiledwiththeapplication. <br />2. <br />119Security Plan: A security plan, approved by the Chief of Police, is filed along with the application. <br />3. <br />120HoursofSale: In addition to the limitation on hours found elsewhere in this Code, the hoursof <br />121saleshallbeonlyduringthetimethatCentralParkisopentothepublic.Sales and distribution <br />122shall be located only in a shelter building or a temporary shelter, such asa tent, approved by the <br />123CityManager. <br />124In the event the City Manager denies the application, for any reason, the applicant may appealthe <br />125decisionoftheCityManagertotheCityCouncil.(Ord.1102, 9-23-1991) <br />126O.Intoxicating Liquors at events at the Roseville Skating Center and Cedarholm Community <br />127Building and Golf Course: Intoxicating liquor may be sold within controlled areasattheRoseville <br />128SkatingCenterandCedarholmCommunityBuildingandGolf Course only under the following <br />129conditions: <br />1301.The intoxicating liquor may only be sold by the holder of a retail on-sale intoxicating liquor <br />131licenseissuedbytheCityorbyanadjacentmunicipality. <br />1322.The licensee must be engaged to dispense intoxicating liquor atan event held by a person or <br />133organization permitted to use the Roseville Skating Center andCedarholm Community Building <br />134and Golf Course for such event, and may dispense intoxicating liquor only to persons attending <br />135theevent. <br />1363.The licensee must deliver to the City a certificate of insurance providing liquor liability coverage <br />137satisfactory to the City, naming the City of Roseville, to the full extent of statutory <br />138coverage,asanadditionalnamedinsured. <br />31 <br /> <br />
