Roseville City Comprehensive Plan <br />40 <br />What is it? <br />41 <br />o <br />This plan is a tool for guiding the growth, redevelopment, and <br />42 <br />overall improvement of a city. The Roseville Comprehensive Plan <br />43 <br />for 2030 (adopted in 2009) is not only a land-use plan, but also <br />44 <br />develops a broader framework to help shape the character of the <br />45 <br />community and enhance the quality of life in Roseville. It contains a <br />46 <br />Parks, Open Space and Recreation Chapter.
