Requested Commission Action:Approve/amend meetingminutesof February 1, 2018 Program Review – Recreation Programs 4. As possible, throughout the year and seasons, we are planning to have various staff members attend your meeting to discuss what is going on in their particular area and gather your thoughts and feedback. This month, Lauren Deal, Recreation Superintendent willbe at the meeting to provide you with an overview of the recreation program offerings for the summer and Rosefest. Requested Commission Action:Review, update, provide feedback. Election of Chair and Vice Chair 5. Per City Code, the election of officers occur at the last meeting preceding the end of regular terms of appointment. This is the time to elect the Chair and Vice-Chair for the upcomingyear. The election may occur by voice vote or secret ballot depending on theCommissions wishes. Requested Commission Action: Election of Chair andVice-Chair of the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission. Appoint Ethics Commission Representative 6. The makeup of the City Ethics Commission is a representative of each of the other City Advisory Commissions including one from the Parks and Recreation Commission. Commissioner O’Brien has served in that role during the past year and will provide a summary of duties and her experience at your meeting. This is a standing item each year on your agenda. In your packet is Chapter 207 ofthe City Code that identifiesthe scope and duties of the Ethics Commission. Requested Commission Action: Discuss and appoint arepresentative to the Ethics Commission. 2
