Staff feels comfortable withtheir ability to complete the project in- <br />94housewith a budget estimateof $250,000. <br />95 <br />96Staff relayed that both the Cleveland Avenueand Marion Streetsitesmayinclude a <br />97Community Build and/orCommunity Plantingopportunities. <br />98 <br />99Commissioner Baggenstoss relayed his excitement for the Marion Streetsiteand <br />100suggested the possibility ofincluding apollinatorgarden that could be utilized for <br />101educationalpurposes. <br />102 <br />103Commissioner Baggenstoss moved to recommend the Marion Street Preferred Master <br />104Plan to the City Council. Commissioner Stoner seconds. Motion passed unanimously. <br />105 <br />106Vice-Chair O’Brien reiterated that the outreach for inputon the Marion Street Project <br />107wasveryimpressive. <br />108 <br />109Director Brokke thanked Taylorand Majorfor all of their hard work on the planning and <br />110process for the Marion and Cleveland sites. He also thanked theCommission for their <br />111engagement and feedback throughout the process. <br />112 <br />b) Cedarholm Community Building Replacement <br />113 <br />114Work continues to move forward with the Cedarholm Community Building replacement. <br />115Next Steps in the replacement include workingon below grade plumbing and gettingthe <br />116site prepped for slab-on-grade. <br />117 <br />118The HamlineBridgenear Cedarholm will be closedNovember 9-11, 2017beginning <br />119Friday after rush hour for utility connections.Access to the on/off ramp at Hamline to 36 <br /> <br />
