Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke, Finance Director Chris Miller, Public Works Director <br /> Mark Culver, Community Development Director Kari Collins, City Engineer Jesse Frei- <br /> hammer, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> Mayor Roe noted Councilmember Etten is en route to the Council meeting, and he will be <br /> here shortly. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Item 9g for separate consideration. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Item 9f for separate consideration. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Councilmember Etten arrived and took his place at the dais at approximately 6:02 p.m. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No on appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions,Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> f. Adopt an Ordinance Amending Table 1005-1 to Include Multi-Family uses in the <br /> Regional Business District <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as <br /> detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attachments dated <br /> March 12, 2018. When this item was previously considered by the Council, staff in- <br /> advertently left out the use chart that allowed for housing in the business district. He <br /> then recommended tabling this item and bringing it back as a consent agenda item, as <br /> staff did not post this 10 days in advance, in order to be in full compliance with the <br /> new State law. <br />
