Wireless support <br /> structures shall be located no closer than 10 feet from city hydrants, valves, manholes <br /> and other utility fixture or appurtenance: shall be setback a minimum of 3 feet from back <br /> of curb and sidewalks or trails: and shall not be located within roadway clear zone area. <br /> 8. Ground equipment associated with small wireless facility shall be located to the <br /> backside of any sidewalk or trail, shall be setback a minimum of 3 feet from back of curb <br /> and sidewalk or trail, and shall not be located within the boulevard sight distance triangle <br /> (Section 1011.06) of intersecting streets unless the height satisfies the limitations <br /> thereof. Ground equipment shall be separated from the nearest telecommunications <br /> ground equipment on the same block by a minimum of 330 feet, except if the ground <br /> equipment be collocated within the same area as other wireless service provider and <br /> having a combined total size of less than 28 cubic feet. <br /> 9. Small wireless facility permittee shall comply with <br /> Minnesota Manual for Uniform Traffic Control at all times during installation, <br /> maintenance, and removal of small wireless facility and/or wireless support structure. <br /> 12. Wireless facilities shall be placed in appropriate portions of the right-of-way so as to <br /> minimize conflict with city infrastructure and other authorized facilities. Separate <br /> application shall be made for buried cable for small wireless facility backhaul <br /> communications. Buried cable for backhaul communications purposes shall be joint <br /> trench or collocated in multi-duct conduit when practicable. The city shall retain <br /> exclusive use of city conduit. <br /> D. Small wireless facility agreement.
