Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior <br /> to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the <br /> Council packet. <br /> a. Approve March 12,2018 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the March 12, 2018 City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes as amended, including the technical changes submitted by <br /> Councilmember McGehee to Mr. Trudgeon. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 7,Line 304 (Etten) <br /> Correct "any of this help the City's ability to move through the office more <br /> quickly" to "any of this helped the City's ability to serve customers more <br /> quickly" <br /> • Page 14,Line 590 (Etten) <br /> Correct"with a potential overlap district, there is the ability to react and move <br /> forward" to "with a potential overlay district there is the ability to work to- <br /> gether and move forward" <br /> • Page 14,Line 598 (Etten) <br /> Strike the sentence: "It will carry a greater force to have it in the Comp Plan." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten,McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 9. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br /> Action(RCA) dated March 26, 2018 and related attachments. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br /> as presented and detailed. <br /> ACH Payments $629,617.83 <br /> 88793-88953 $1,097,452.16 <br /> TOTAL $1,727,069.99 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br />
