Receive Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update — Goals, Objectives, and <br /> Public Input <br /> City Planner Lloyd indicated the goal tonight is to apprise the Council on the <br /> 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update. He first provided an updated schedule: public <br /> hearing at Planning Commission meeting on April 4, 2018; on May 7, 2018, City <br /> Council action to authorize that draft of the plan to be distributed to the Met <br /> Council and surrounding communities for preliminary review; submit a final ap- <br /> proved Comp Plan sometime in November/December 2018. <br />
