Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission Minutes <br /> April 18, 2018 —Draft Minutes <br /> Page 16 of 16 <br /> Ms. Olson provided potential dates available for the Commission to hold a Biannual meeting. <br /> After discussion, they agreed to have it on either June 7 or June 19, and this will be determined <br /> by a Doodle Poll. <br /> Ms. Olson noted on June 14, GARE will be sponsoring a speaker series that the Commission <br /> may want to attend. She will provide more information as it becomes available. <br /> Ms. Olson explained in response to concern that a bus circulator was not reaching certain <br /> populations, the Council tasked staff to do outreach and identify what the City can do better. A <br /> group called the Southeast Interagency Working Group was developed consisting of <br /> representatives from the Karen and Bhutanese organizations, different neighborhood groups in <br /> southeast Roseville, the school district, and others.
