Staff sent out an email to all commissioners asking their availability for both the <br /> parade and Party in the Park. As of the time of writing this staff report, staff received the <br /> following responses: <br /> 13 total responses <br /> 10 commissioners available for the parade: <br /> • Finance—2 <br /> • HRIEC-5 <br /> • Park& Rec—2 <br /> • Planning—0 <br /> • Police Civil Service—1 <br /> • PWET-0 <br /> 5 commissioners available for Party in the Park: <br /> • 12:30-2:30-3 <br /> • 2:30-5:00-2 <br /> Attached is a memo outlining the information for the parade from the Rosefest Parade <br /> Committee, along with a map and the rules. <br />
