David Lanegran, Professor Emeritus of Geography at Macalester, is a scholar of the political and social <br /> history of the Twin Cities. Join Mayor George Latimer for a conversation <br /> about politics, city life and our changing times. <br /> George Latimer was mayor of St. Paul from 1976 to 1990.
