Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. Parks and Recreation Director <br /> Lonnie Brokke, Finance Director Chris Miller, City Engineer Jesse Freihammer, Assis- <br /> tant City Manager Rebecca Olson, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney <br /> Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Item 9f for separate consideration. <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on Consent Agenda <br /> items 9a through 9e. No one appeared to speak. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> An unidentified member of the audience asked when the deer population will be consid- <br /> ered. <br /> Mayor Roe clarified the deer population will be discussed in item 7b. <br /> An unidentified member of the audience asked when the circulator bus will be discussed. <br /> Mayor Roe responded that the circulator bus will be part of the Council discussion in <br /> item 7a. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> f. Approve Amendments to the 2017 Budget <br />
