Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. Assistant City Manager Rebecca <br /> Olson, City Planner Bryan Lloyd, Finance Director Chris Miller, Public Works Director <br /> Mark Culver, Community Development Director Kari Collins, City Manager Patrick <br /> Trudgeon, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of item 9c. <br /> Councilmember Willmus arrived and took his place at the table at approximately 6:02 <br /> p.m. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Vickey Kaiser, 1235 Draper Ave. W, Roseville <br /> Ms. Kaiser indicated she previously sent an email to the Council, and she thanked Mayor <br /> Roe for his reply. The problem of her neighbor moving his snow into her yard has been <br /> going on for years. For a few years, the neighbor buried her home with snow, up to the <br /> windows. Her husband has asked the neighbor to move the snow elsewhere, as it could <br /> cause a flood. She would like to have something in the Code about not putting snow on <br /> your neighbor's property. She does not have any other options at this point. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Ms. Kaiser for addressing the Council and indicated her concern <br /> would be taken under advisement. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> c. Award 2018-2020 BMP Maintenance Program Contract <br />
