Through this analysis, a police department is able <br />to determine which aspects of their depar*..ment need improvement, <br />as well as ensure that all policies and procedures of the police <br />department are etandardized, in vritten form, and available to <br />all pereonnel. Successful completion of thia process results in <br />a police department that is more able to effectively a^d effi- <br />ciently deliver law enforcement services throughout it's coaununi- <br />ty. <br />Expenditure Comments: <br />First year of a two year program. <br />42 <br />
