The fees collected are to assist in paying for the <br />pick-up and recyciing of selected paper, metal, g:ass, and plastic. The purpose of this fund is to pay for the development of storm water <br />management plans and storm drainage improvemenu. The City serves and bills 9,450 customers <br />for storm drainage services. The storm drainage rates were last increased 2% in 1991. No rate <br />change was made in 1995. <br />13 <br />
