The purpose of this fund is to pay for the development oi storm water <br />management plans and storm drainage improvements. The City serves and bills 10,524 <br />customers for storm drainage services. The storm drainage rates were last increased 2% in <br />1991. No rate change was made in 199$. <br />�� <br />
