Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,June 18,2018 <br /> Page 19 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> The City Council meeting reconvened at 9:02 p.m. upon conclusion of the EDA meeting. <br /> CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br /> Mayor Roe read a statement summarizing the intent of the closed session, and announced <br /> that, in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 13.D.05, subd. 3(b) and excep- <br /> tions to Open Meeting Laws, he would entertain a motion to move into Closed Executive <br /> Session with the City Attorney and outside legal counsel to discuss potential settlement <br /> of litigation known as "Centre Pointe LLC. City of Roseville (Ramsey County District <br /> Court File No. 62-CV-18-83). <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, recessing the City Council meeting at approximately <br /> 9:06 p.m. and convening in Closed Executive Session,per State Statute. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately <br /> 9:10 P.M. <br /> In addition to the Councilmembers, City Manager Trudgeon, City Attorney Gaughan, At- <br /> torney Paul Reuvers, and Community Development Director Kari Collins were also pre- <br /> sent. <br /> RECONVENE OPEN SESSION <br /> At approximately 9:26p.m., Etten moved, Willmus seconded, adjourning the Closed Ex- <br /> ecutive Session and reconvening the Open Session. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 12.
