Roll Call Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon, Assistant City Manager Olson, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve Agenda City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7c and 7d from the agenda, as pro- gress is being made on both of the properties under abatement. Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. Roll Call Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. 4. Public Comment Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda items. Shirley Brown, 2820 North Snelling Avenue, Coventry Apartments, Ms. Brown stated there is a neighbor in the apartments who does drugs, sells drugs, and spits and coughs in front of the building all the time. He does it repeatedly, even though there are vulnerable residents and children who walk barefoot in front of the building. She asked for help from the Mayor and Council, since the apartment manager has told her there is no ordinance against what this neighbor is doing. Mayor Roe suggested people should not hesitate to call 911 if there is something illegal going on. He also requested staff to follow up with the apartment manager to find out what is going on and what can be done to help residents. 5. Recognitions,Donations, and Communications a. Proclaim July 2018 as Parks and Recreation Month Mayor Roe read the proclamation establishing July 2018 Parks and Recreation Month in Roseville. Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of the proclamation naming July 2018 as Parks and Recreation Month in Roseville.
