Tuesday, July 24, 2018 <br />Dear Resident: <br />We are excited to announce that construction is set to begin soon on a new park in your neighborhood <br />at 2134 Cleveland Ave! This new park will be an important addition to the park system and aligns with <br />the Park System Master Plan and the City’s Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />We cordially invite you to an Open House to view the final plans for the playground that will be installed <br />in the park and ask any questions that you may have. <br /> <br />Cleveland Ave. Playground Informational Open House <br />6:00pm – 8:00pm Wednesday, August 1, 2018 <br />Fairview Community Center Great Room <br /> <br />This final concept is a culmination of information that was gathered from the public through three <br />planning meetings as well as ongoing written and online feedback. We are excited to share it with you! <br /> <br />Once the project kicks off next month, it will follow the timeline below. <br /> <br />Construction Timeline <br />August 2018 – Site work begins including grading and trail installation <br />Saturday, September 15, 2018 – 10am: Community planting.
