Much of the work on the parks will be <br />66completed in house and also utilizing the community build approach. However, there are <br />67some areasthat will require a contractor. Bid documents have been sent out. <br />68 <br />69It is anticipated that community involvement in appropriate areas for building the parks will <br />70occur in September and October, 2018. <br />71 <br />72Vice-Chair Baggenstoss asked for clarification if the Commission could choose a name <br />73outside of the list of community recommendations. Also, he requested the names be added to <br />74the Parks and Recreation websiteto allow the public access.Staff confirmed that the <br />75Commission could recommend a name that had not been previously suggested and that the <br />76list will be added to the website. <br />77 <br />78Chair O’Brien encouraged Commissioners to come to the August meeting prepared for a <br />79robust naming discussion.
