The proposed use will not be injurious to the surrounding neighborhood, will not negatively impact <br /> traffic or property values, and will not otherwise harm the public health, safety, and general welfare: <br /> The proposed use of the property and the increased height of the building will not be injurious to <br /> surrounding neighborhoods and will not negatively impact traffic,property values, and will not <br /> otherwise harm public health, safety, and general welfare. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE a building <br /> (roof) height increase from 45 feet to 55-1/2 feet as a CONDITIONAL USE at 2630, 2644, 2654, 2656, and <br /> 2666 Lexington Avenue, in accordance with §1009.02.0 of the City Code. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br /> McGehee and Roe; and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
