Recess Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 7:43 p.m., and reconvened at approximately 7:53 p.m. e. Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission Applicants Councilmembers conducted interviews with the following candidates for vacan- cies on the HRIEC: Ms. Ginger Ayala, , Ms. Jill Eck, Ms. Jenna Ernst, Mr. Ah- med Hassan, Ms. Josie Kahlenbeck, Ms. Grace Lee, Ms. Kathryn Macomber, Ms. Julie Strahan, Mr. Thomas Tveit, Ms. Laura Wieland, and Ms. Kelsie Young. Ms. Linnae Boyer, Ms. Katrina Mendoza, Ms. Bethany Palm and Mr. Brett Rose were not present to be interviewed. 8. Approve Minutes Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council packet. a. Approve August 13,2018 City Council Meeting Minutes McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the August 13, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. Corrections: Mayor Roe noted Councilmember McGehee provided a list of changes to the minutes before the meeting that staff incorporated into the minutes. Mayor Roe stated when they make a change at a meeting related to the minutes of a previous meeting, he presumed that not only are the changes captured in the minutes where discussed but staff also goes back to the previous minutes and makes the changes. Mr. Trudgeon indicated that was correct. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. Nays: None. b. Approve August 17, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, approval of the August 17, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended.
