EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * is * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 10th day of September, <br /> 2018, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br /> and the following members were absent: none. <br /> Council member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11533 <br /> TRANSFERRING JURISDICTION <br /> OVER COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 26 (ROSELAWN AVENUE) <br /> BETWEEN THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 280 <br /> AND FULHAM STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from TH 280 to Fulham <br /> Street, located in the City of Roseville and City of Lauderdale, is presently under the <br /> jurisdiction of Ramsey County as a County State Aid Highway; and <br /> AND WHEREAS, This roadway has been determined to serve a local function only; <br /> AND WHEREAS, Revocation of"County Road" status may be accomplished by <br /> resolution of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes § 163.11; <br /> AND WHEREAS, The City of Roseville, in conjunction with the City of Lauderdale, <br /> desires to resurface Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from TH 280 to <br /> Fulham Street for an estimated cost of$320,000 and fund the project from Ramsey <br /> County funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City of Roseville does hereby concur <br /> with the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners revoking the "County Road" status of <br /> Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from TH 280 to Fulham Street in the <br />
