City of Roseville and transfers jurisdiction over the roadway within the Roseville city <br /> limits of to the City of Roseville, effective after the County is in receipt of an adopted <br /> resolution from the City of Roseville and the City of Lauderdale concurring with the <br /> County revoking the "County Road" status of Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid <br /> Highway 26) from TH 280 to Fulham Street, and after the Ramsey County has <br /> encumbered the funds necessary to fund the resurfacing; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: Ramsey County shall pay the City of Roseville and the <br /> City of Lauderdale $320,000.00 in consideration of the transfer of jurisdiction of <br /> Roselawn Avenue which includes funding for the portion of Roselawn Avenue within the <br /> city of Lauderdale and shall be shared accordingly through a separate cooperative <br /> construction agreement with the city of Lauderdale <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: The City of Roseville enter into an agreement with <br /> Ramsey County for the Jurisdiction Transfer of County State Aid Highway 26 (Roselawn <br /> Avenue)between the west right-of-way line of State Highway 280 and Fulham Street). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: none. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
