• Sept. 101': o Adopted an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting drive-throughs in the Neighborhood Business District. o Appointed new members to the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission. o Approved a jurisdictional transfer (from Ramsey County to the City of Roseville) for a portion of Roselawn Avenue west of Cleveland Avenue. o Amended a conditional use permit for Chik-Fil-A at the Har Mar Mall. • Sept. 171h: o Directed staff to prepare Agreements for several solar arrays on City Campus rooftops and return to the City Council on October 22°d for final approval. • Sept. 241' (planned): o Considering names for the new Parks located at Cleveland Avenue and County Road B and at 1716 Marion Street (just north of Larpenteur Avenue) o Adopting a preliminary 2019 City Tax Levy and Budget o Considering the Final Layout for the County Road C Reconstruction Project Major Maintenance Activities: • Crews completed all site work at the new Cleveland Park at Cleveland Avenue and County Road B and the new Marion Park. • Reclamation and grading of pathway on the north side Bennett Lake from fishing pier to Waterfall. Paving will occur in the next few weeks. • Completed 6th mowing of Street R.O.W. areas. • Ongoing Street patching, and spray patching. • Completed pavement crack sealing. • Ongoing weeding and maintaining City Streetscape areas including irrigation repairs. • Ongoing compost deliveries, and site maintenance. • Ongoing catch basin and manhole repairs. • Ongoing street sign work. • Continue cleaning sanitary sewer mains. • Completed flushing private hydrants. • Painted hydrants. • Valve exercising. Turning large valves 12"-20" water main. (New valve turning machine is in service.) • Collected water samples for bacteriological testing and disinfectant by-products. • Completed bi-weekly sanitary sewer flow readings. • Weekly lift station inspections. • Responded to over 30 service requests for sewer/water related issues. • Continued replacing water meter heads and radios. • Continued working with engineers and contractors on the 2018 PMP, the Booster Station Phases 1 & 2 projects, the Lounge, Walsh Pond and Femwood Lift Station projects. • Continue to collect I/I flow data at 10 locations every two weeks.
