Discussion on Appointment for Vacancy on Human Rights, Inclusion and <br /> Engagement commission. <br /> City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and <br /> related attachments dated September 17, 2018. <br /> Councilmember Willmus asked what the turnover on that Commission has been <br /> in the past six months. Mr. Trudgeon stated there have been four new members. <br /> Councilmember Willmus wondered if it made sense for the Commission to run a <br /> few months in order for them to get everyone caught up before a new person is in- <br /> troduced. <br /> Mayor Roe suggested the Council review the interviews and give staff their top <br /> one or two candidates by noon on Thursday to fill the vacancy. <br /> 8.
