EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of October, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Mayor <br /> Roe; and none were absent. <br /> Council Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11541 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MIDLAND CREST FINAL PLAT (PF18-011) <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council approved the proposed preliminary Midland Crest plat <br /> on August 27,2018, with the following conditions; <br /> A) A park dedication payment of$8,000 in lieu of park land shall be delivered to the City <br /> before an approved final plat will be released for filing at Ramsey County. <br /> B) A home owner's association shall be created to ensure proper funding and ongoing <br /> maintenance of shared storm water BMPs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner, JRD LLC, has submitted a valid application for final approval <br /> of the proposed Midland Crest plat, including a draft Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater <br /> Facilities document,which the City Attorney and City Engineer have determined would be sufficient for <br /> the purpose of obligating the future homeowners to the proper maintenance of the BMPs; and <br /> WHEREAS,the property included in the proposed Midland Crest plat is assigned Ramsey <br /> County Parcel Identification Numbers 08-29-23-44-0050 (herein, Parcel A), 08-29-23-44-0051 (herein, <br /> Parcel B), and 08-29-23-44-0052 (herein, Parcel C), and is legally described as: <br /> Parcel A: That part of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range <br /> 23, described as follows: (all bearings in this description being based on the South line of the <br /> southeast quarter as East & West line). Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line of <br /> said Section 8 and 499.63 feet West of the East line of said Section 8; thence North 0° 08' West <br /> 708.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 75.01 feet; thence South 0° 08 East, 15.00 feet; <br /> thence East 257.77 feet to the west line of east 165.00 feet of the southeast 1/4 of said Section 8; <br /> thence northerly and parallel to the East line of said section 8, 295.10 feet; thence North 66° 49' <br /> West, 27.64 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A"; thence continuing along last <br /> described bearing, 112.95 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point B";thence continuing <br /> along last described bearing, 100.54 feet; thence South 22° 46' West, 284.08 feet; thence South <br /> 00° 08' East, 40.78 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point C"; thence continuing along <br /> last described bearing,40.35 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point D";thence <br /> continuing along last described bearing, 31.95 feet to the point of beginning; said property lying <br /> southeasterly of a line drawn from said "Point A" to said "Point D", EXCEPT for that part taken <br /> for Minnesota State Highway 36. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
