NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,to approve the proposed Midland Crest final plat of the residential property at 2237 Cleveland Avenue and the two adjacent parcels to the north,based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: A) A park dedication payment of$8,000 in lieu of park land shall be delivered to the City before an approved final plat will be released for filing at Ramsey County. B) A Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities shall be approved by the City Attorney and City Engineer and filed against the platted lots to ensure proper funding and ongoing maintenance of shared storm water BMPs. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Mayor Roe; and none voted against.
