Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Erik Hartmann were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon indicated he did not have any staff changes. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Items 9F (Consideration of the Roseville <br /> Area Youth Hockey Association Agreement) and 9I (Seasonal Storage Lease Agreement) <br /> for separate consideration. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte noted she has a question on Item 9H (Accept Funds to Fight <br /> Human Trafficking from the Roseville Police Foundation), but the item did not need to <br /> be pulled. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Mr. Tom Schraad, 1142 Rose Place <br /> Mr. Schraad stated this is the fourth time he has appeared at the meeting in the fall. He <br /> noted last year he did not appear at the meeting but sent his photos to City staff and re- <br /> ceived a call that staff would handle this item. He indicated he met with staff, but noth- <br /> ing got done so he decided to come to the meeting with photos this year. <br /> Mr. Schraad stated he has three issues. The first issue is safety, the second one should <br /> have been done four years ago, and the third issue is the same issue as before with the <br /> same people. He stated Rose Place is a dead-end street. The City did put up a dead-end <br /> street sign with a no outlet sign, which has helped a little bit but when there are a number <br /> of events at Central Park, the street plugs up. There is no parking on either side of the <br /> street, which people ignore. There is also a no parking sign at the end of the cul-de-sac, <br /> which also gets ignored. People park all over the place, the road gets tied up with traffic, <br />
