Consider a Minor Plat for United Properties for the consolidation of five lots <br /> into one lot at 2630, 2644, 2654, 2656 and 2666 Lexington Avenue (PF18-019) <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke summarized the request as detailed in the RCA of <br /> this date; and noted a bench handout incorporated into the RCA providing an ex- <br /> tract of City Council meeting minutes of October 8, 2018. <br /> Councilmember Etten asked how the extra piece on the northwest corner worked <br /> out because that piece was added to 2680 as an access point for that development. <br /> He wondered if the access point was being shared with the new development. <br /> Mr. Paschke indicated that was correct. It is the only access point to this site and <br /> the secondary access point to Cherrywood. <br /> Councilmember Etten asked if there was any agreement plan needed. <br /> Mr. Paschke stated there will be shared agreements for shared access. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. ?? (Attachment <br /> D) entitled, "Resolution Approving the Minor Plat of The Pointe At Lexington," <br /> with a correction to the Resolution on line 15 stating six lots instead of five lots. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> d. Request for approval of a fmal plat to subdivide a residential property into <br /> three lots and incorporate the two un-addressed parcels to the north of the <br /> subject property as additional lots in the plat at 2237 Cleveland Ave. (PF18- <br /> 011) <br /> Senior Planner Bryan Lloyd briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated October 8, 2018. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there were conditions attached to the preliminary plat that <br /> were resolved or dealt with in developing the final plat for Council consideration. <br /> Mr. Lloyd indicated there were two conditions of approval: one pertaining to park <br /> dedication that has not been resolved yet but would be prior to releasing the plat <br /> to be recorded at Ramsey County and there was also a condition related to ensur- <br /> ing that the eventual homeowners of these lots have sufficient obligation to main- <br />
