Specifically, they were asked for <br />Citizens Month <br />feedback about whether we should title <br />the proclamation Senior Citizens or Older <br />Americans. <br />2 members of the LGBTQIAA++ community <br />10.LGBTQIA++ MonthJuneYes <br />reviewed the proclamation. A message for <br />Outfront MN & Pflagwas left 2 times with <br />no responses. The Presidential <br />proclamation from President Obama, the <br />proclamation form the Commonwealth of <br />Massachusetts (Gov. Charles Baker), and <br />state of CA proclamation (Gov. Edmund <br />Brown)were used for guidance on edits. <br />Looked at 2016 Obama proclamation - <br />11.Americans with JulyYes <br />covers all disabilities. Contacted MN <br />Disabilities Month <br />Disability council. <br />The proclamation language came from the <br />12.Constitution WeekSeptemberYes <br />Daughters of the American Revolution <br />website. They provide 4 different <br />templates and the proposed language is a <br />combination of language from the <br />templates. Additional online proclamations <br />were reviewed to verify that the proposed <br />language is consistent with other <br />proclamations. <br />The proclamationwas reviewed by the <br />13.Hispanic Heritage SeptemberNo <br />Roseville schools cultural liaison for <br />Month <br />translation purposes.
