The club is very interested in human trafficking, However, we can not take on any more <br />projects at this moment. <br />Tricked on Netflix <br />In Plain Sight <br />Nefarious: Merchant of Souls <br />Sex + Money: A National Search for Human Worth <br />Homeland Security has a Blue Campaign for sex trafficking awareness and has events for January. <br />They also have awareness materials we could order and videos on the site to help with <br />education. <br />There is a #wear blue day (1/11) we could maybe do something with <br />From Roseville PD (Corey): <br />We mapped this out a bit and found 3 Potential Themes/Camps: <br />1.) Enforcement (again, with an emphasis on rescue/passing to non-profit/human services and intel gathering). <br />2.) Education/Awareness <br />3.) Off-ramping <br />We decided that #1 was the best fit for our mission. By using personal <br />stories on a diversity of life experiences, this series aims to create dialogue, promote <br />understanding and forge a stronger community.
