010 VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE REGULAR MEETING ,JUNE l5th,194B at 2 P.M. --------------------------------------------------- The VillaGe Council :net on the above llate in adjourned regular session with the following members present:Mem.brez,Mueller and Pothen. (3) HWlli~ersten and Carlson were absent (2) President Mueller presided. Lawrence F. Warren residinß at st. Stevens and County Road B made a request to the Council for a special perr.1it to erect and live in a small cottage until such time he can complete a permanent home. President Mueller informed them that a special meeting may be called to discuss ø. future policy fer the Village of Roseville on the matter of issuing speciil permits to live in basements or garages. The petition submitted by Oscar Gottfried for the re:3oning of the following described property "The South Loa feet of the West 433 feet of the "Southwest ~¡ of the Southeast i,Section 15,T.29 "R.23,except Hamline Ave anè except that part "thereof already in a business district. From Residential Di~trict to Business District,which ~a8 laid over for con~ideration until this meeting was presented by the Clerk. Mueller ~aid that he haà ~een the property and felt that rezoning it to business would improve the property therefor Mueller moved,seconded by pothen that a Public hearing should be held on July Ist,1948 at 8 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall. Membrez introduced the fo:i.lowing resolution on agreement in the operation of the Vol.Fire Dept. anè moved the adoption thereof,seconded by Mueller.Roll Call:Aj-es-(30,Nays-(O). ~...',.~.>:- ) RESOLVED, the the Village of Roseville execute an agreement approved by the Village Attorney for the joint maintenance with the Town of Rose of the Fire Dept.owned jointly by the Village of Roseville anò the Town of Rose,the expenses of said manintenance to be divided between said Viallage and said Town in the proportion which the assessed valuation of each bears to the total assessed valuation of both,except as to wages paid to firemen while on tire runs which shall be paid by the Village or Tovfr1 to which the run iB made. RESOtVED,further,that the President a.nd Clerk a.re hereby authorized to execute said agreement upon behalf of the Villége. Mueller moved, seconded by Pothen to accept the '~OODSIDE" plat which is the N~ of swt of NEi,sect.16,T.29,R.23.Roll call:Ayes-(3), Nays-( 0). The Keller Corporation having completed the grading of the streets in the KELLER'S MAYFLOWER PARK requested the Council to take over the , streets for maintenance.Mueller moved,seconded by Pothen that the streets be accepted.Roll Call:Ayes-(3),Nays-(O).
