II 011 Continuation of Meeting of June 15th,1945 --------------------------------------------- .ír.Albort J.Richter submitted Highway Easement of the following described real estate in the Village of Roseville: Except Hamline Ave and except the East 30 feet, the North 60 feet of the South 280 feet of the S.~. i of the N.W. ~ of the N.E. ~ os Sect.10,T.29,R.23W and also The East 30 feet of the S.W. ~ of the N.w.i of the IJ.E. t of said Section. Mueller moved, seconded by Pot hen to accept the easements for Highway purposes.Roll Call;Ayes-(3) ,Nays-CO). Contr2ctors Soderberg and Lien apf:,eared before the Council to obtain permission to contnct a 3 bedroom house in Mayfower Adè~tion.One of the bedrooms has not the required ci.nimum of 90 square feet as specified in the building code.This being a prefabricA.ted house, they said if would he quite expensive to enlarge this room to the minimuw required in the building code.Membrez ~oved,seconded by Lueller to make an exception in this case and to instruct the building inspector of this action.Roll call :~Tes-(3) ,Nays-( 0). The bids to publish legal publications were opened. Mueller moved, seconded by Pothen to accept the bid of the Saint Paul Legal Ledger and that the Village of Roseville publish the ~egal publica- tions for the ensuing year in the st.
