Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> Mayor Roe noted Councilmember Laliberte notified him of her late arrival to the meet- <br /> ing. He indicated she hoped to be at the meeting shortly. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> a. Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Item 9f(Adopt a Fair Housing Policy) <br /> for separate consideration. <br /> Mayor Roe noted at a previous meeting a resident came before the Council regarding an <br /> issue with her landlord in the community. He stated the resident has been working with <br /> Councilmember McGehee, himself, and staff on various angles and aspects of that issue <br /> and one thing he promised to do was to look into what the City might be able to do in re- <br /> gard to licensing. He asked the Council if this could be discussed before Item 7a. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> a. Adopt a Fair Housing Policy <br /> At the request of Councilmember McGehee, City Manager Trudgeon briefly high- <br /> lighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related <br /> attachments dated November 5, 2018. <br /> Councilmember McGehee stated she wanted to discuss this item partly on what <br /> the Mayor brought up regarding the resident and her landlord but in general the <br /> City has to have a Fair Housing Policy.
