Roll Call Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. Mayor Roe noted Councilmember Laliberte notified him of her late arrival to the meet- ing. He indicated she hoped to be at the meeting shortly. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve Agenda a. Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Item 9f(Adopt a Fair Housing Policy) for separate consideration. Mayor Roe noted at a previous meeting a resident came before the Council regarding an issue with her landlord in the community. He stated the resident has been working with Councilmember McGehee, himself, and staff on various angles and aspects of that issue and one thing he promised to do was to look into what the City might be able to do in re- gard to licensing. He asked the Council if this could be discussed before Item 7a. McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. 4. Adopt a Fair Housing Policy At the request of Councilmember McGehee, City Manager Trudgeon briefly high- lighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attachments dated November 5, 2018. Councilmember McGehee stated she wanted to discuss this item partly on what the Mayor brought up regarding the resident and her landlord but in general the City has to have a Fair Housing Policy.
