EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * x x x x x x * x x * x x x x Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 3rd day of December, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten; and Roe and the following members were absent: none. Councilmember Laliberte introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11556 APPROVING THE VACATION OF EASEMENTS FOR ROADWAY,DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND SEWER PURPOSES OVER PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF PLAT CHERRYWOOD POINTE AT LEXINGTON,NORTHERLY OF COUNTY ROAD C,EASTERLY OF LEXINGTON AVENUE AND WESTERLY OF OXFORD STREET. WHEREAS, a petition from adjacent property owners has been filed with the City of Roseville requesting the vacation of said easements, which lie within the following described real property: #1 -Roadway easement over all of Lot 2, Block 1, Cherrywood Pointe at Lexington, recorded as Document No. 4608274. #2 -Drainage and utility easement dedicated over the northerly, easterly, southerly, and westerly 12' of Lot 2, Block 1, Cherrywood Pointe at Lexington. #3 - Driveway easement and sidewalk easement recorded as Document No. 1482439. #4 -Underground utility easement recorded as Document No. 1897015. #5 -Easement for underground sewer mains,pipes and appurtenances recorded as Document No. 1522585. #6 -Underground utility easement recorded as Document No. 1907124. #7 -Easement for underground sewer mains,pipes and appurtenances recorded as Document No. 1521403. #8 - Sewer easement recorded as Document No. 1517932. #9 - 20 foot wide sewer easement recorded as Document No. 1580419. #10 - 20 foot wide sewer easement recorded as Document No. 1504620. #11 - Storm sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances easement recorded as Document No. 1735913.
