The condition ratings will be defined within each asset <br />category. <br /> <br />4. Asset Condition <br />An asset data collection and condition assessment process will be conducted and <br />documented. The condition for all assets is measured using a general 1-5 rating system <br />(may vary between assets) similar to below. <br /> <br />Condition Rank Description of Condition <br />1 Very good condition – brand new – only <br />normal maintenance required <br />2 Good condition – minor defects only, minor <br />maintenance required (5%) <br />3 Moderate condition – significant <br />maintenance required to return to accepted <br />level of service (10-20%) <br />4 Poor condition – requires renewal, <br />significant renewal/upgrade required (20- <br />50%) <br />5 Very poor condition – asset unserviceable, <br />over 50% of asset requires replacement <br /> <br />5.
