Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, Willmus, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> No changes. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte,Willmus, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Public Hearing—Renewal of 2019 Liquor Licenses <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated November 26, 2018. <br /> Mayor Roe asked in regard to the process, if for some reason based on compli- <br /> ance failure, records or something along those lines, the Council wished to not <br /> adopt or approve a renewal at this time for a particular establishment, that estab- <br /> lishment could avail themselves of due process and that item would need to be <br /> brought back for further discussion with notice of that licensee. <br /> City Attorney Gaughan stated in terms of license revocation, non-renewal or ac- <br /> tions there is a due process within City Code. He reviewed the process with the <br /> City Council. <br />
