Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,November 26, 2018 <br /> Page 10 <br /> Mayor Roe thought the ones early in the year would need the most attention and <br /> thought the proclamations could be brought forward to the Council in quarterly <br /> packages to make them manageable. <br /> Chair Beltmann asked if there was any agreement from Council in terms of any of <br /> the proclamations that might be able to be approved. She thought this would help <br /> the HRIEC to focus on the ones needing additional work or did the Council prefer <br /> all of the proclamations be reviewed. <br /> Mayor Roe thought all of the proclamations should be reviewed in light of the <br /> comments made by the Council because he did not know if the Council caught <br /> every instance of every aspect of what was commented on. <br /> Councilmember Etten thought the Council should clear the January proclamations <br /> as soon as possible. He would be comfortable moving the Human Trafficking and <br /> Martin Luther King Jr. Day proclamations forward and having the Commission <br /> look over the other proclamations at the next HRIEC meeting to double check <br /> them <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approve the Human Trafficking and Martin Lu- <br /> ther King Jr. Day Proclamations. <br /> Mayor Roe did not think these needed to be approved because the proclamations <br /> will be adopted at the next City Council meeting. <br /> Councilmember Etten withdrew his motion. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked the HRIEC for all of their work and appreciated what the <br /> Commission has accomplished. <br /> e. Consider a Planned Unit Development Cancellation and Comprehensive <br /> Plan Land Use Map Change at 1700 Hamline Avenue (PF18-018). <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated November 26, 2018. <br /> Councilmember Willmus asked if the City has received any correspondence from <br /> the neighbors since the Planning Commission meeting was held. <br /> Mr. Paschke indicated that during the whole process staff has not received any- <br /> thing related to this item. <br /> Councilmember Etten stated in the Planning Commission meeting notes, Mr. <br /> Paschke noted this would be a change to the 2030 plan, he wondered if this would <br /> be included as a change to the 2040 plan update as well. <br />
