Regular City Council Meeting Monday,November 26, 2018 Page 13 Councilmember Etten stated keeping to a pattern is better for the big picture. He wondered if the Truth in Taxation Hearing should be held until December 2nd be- cause of the holiday week. Councilmember Willmus thought the vast majority of time he has been on the Council, there have been two meetings in December with the Truth in Taxation Hearing being held at the first meeting in December and adopting the Budget and Levy the second Monday in December. He stated he would not be opposed to having a second meeting in December. Councilmember Laliberte stated she was okay with meeting either on the 18th or 25th of November but thought it was good to always have two meetings in a month so there are not big gaps for staff to have to bring items to the Council. Willmus moved, Etten seconded, to table approval of the 2019 City Council and EDA Meeting Calendar for review of dates by the Council and to have Staff look to see the earliest the Truth in Taxation Hearing can be held in November. Approve Minutes Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the Council packet. a. Approve November 5, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes Mayor Roe stated the Council received some bench revisions made by Coun- cilmember McGehee and he did not see any issues with any of those corrections. Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the November 5, 2018 City Coun- cil Meeting Minutes as amended. Roll Call Ayes: Laliberte, Willmus, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. Nays: None. b.
