Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, December 3,2018 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Public Hearing for 2019 Liquor Licenses <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated December 3, 2018. He noted none of the applicants <br /> have had compliance failures in the last five years. <br /> Mayor Roe asked about the number of off-sale licenses that will exist in the city <br /> with this approval. <br /> Mr. Miller believed it brought it up to nine out of the ten allowed by city ordi- <br /> nance. <br /> Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public <br /> hearing at approximately 6:26 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on <br /> the above-referenced 2019 Liquor License approvals; with no one appearing for <br /> or against. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the renewal of the requested <br /> liquor licenses for 2019. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Approve Resolution approving the vacation of easements related to The <br /> Pointe at Lexington Plat <br /> City Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer briefly high- <br /> lighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated December <br /> 3, 2018. <br /> City Manager Trudgeon stated published and legal mailed notices have been pro- <br /> vided for this public hearing. Legal notices appeared in the city's legal newspa- <br /> per, The Roseville Review, on November 13, November 20 and November 27, <br /> 2018. Mailed notices were sent on November 8, 2018. Affidavits of mailing are <br /> available in the office of the City Engineer. He stated there have not been any <br /> written objections to this project. <br /> Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public <br /> hearing at approximately 6:28 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on <br />
