Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission Agenda Item Date: January 22, 2019 Item Description: Communication Items Public Works Project updates: • Water Booster Station Phase 2 Item No: 4 o The contract for this project was awarded on July 23. o Work will begin this fall and continue through summer of 2019. o Work includes HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades including creation of an electrical room, security upgrades, replacement of two pumps and replacement of some underground piping and valves. o Work on this phase is approximately 25% completed. • 2018 Sewer CIPP o This project involves lining 6.0 miles of sanitary sewer pipe and two small segments of storm sewer. This project is approximately 70% complete with the project scheduled to be completed by the end of February. • 2019 Sewer CIPP o The 2019 project involved 4.8 miles of sanitary sewer pipe and one small segment of storm sewer. The project has started with cleaning and televising. All work is scheduled to be completed by September. • Fernwood Lift Station The City's consultant is currently designing plans and specifications for this sanitary sewer lift station rehabilitation. Work on the lift station will likely begin Spring of 2019. Metropolitan Council Environmental Services updates: • Avon street o This project is essentially complete. The final lift of pavement will be placed this spring. Upper Villa o This project is essentially complete. Final cleanup and restoration will occur in the spring. County Road 88 & Long Lake Road o Project is scheduled to begin in February of 2019. Works consists of CIPP lining the sewer main. Work on this site is scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of July 2019. Ramsey County: • County Road C Reconstruction o The County will be reconstructing County Road C between Highway 88 in St Anthony and Long Lake in Roseville in 2019. • Road will be reconstructed with two lanes in each direction. 0 Road will be concrete pavement.
