31 Attachment B shows the changes made from the 2017-18 PPP to the draft 2019-20 PPP. Attachment C <br />32 is a clean version of the draft 2019-20PPP. <br />33 P OLICY O BJETIVE <br />34 Adopting strategic priorities will provide the City Council and staff direction in providing City services <br />35 and programs in a planned and targeted way. <br />36 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />37 There are not any costs for further discussion of the Policy Priority Planning document. As the <br />38 priorities are executed, any new costs will need be included in future budgets. <br />39 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />40 Staff recommends that the City Council review the draft 2019-20 PPP with special attention to make <br />41 sure the draft captures the priorities and initiativesdesired by the City Council.
