II Continuation, Minutes of Meeting March ISth,1949 55 ------------------------------------------------ WHEREAS, said question was submitted at theeiection duly held for said purpose in said Village on January 25th,1949,and WHEREAS,issuance and sale of said bonds was approved at saið election by more the four-fiths (4/5ths)of the voters voting at said election and WHEREAS, said Council by resolution approved January 4th provided that the Council of the Village of Roseville should, by subsequent resolution, fix the denomination anð form of said bonds and date of maturity thereof, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the bonds authorized to be sold by said resolution be issued and sold in the manner provided for by law in the amount of $l5,000.00;said bonds to be in denominations of $500.00 each to be dated Februar.y 15,1949 and bear interest at the rate not to exceed 5% per annum, payable semi-annually on August 15th and February IS Iff each year according to the coupons to be attached to said bonds;said bonds shall be serial but none shall run for a longer term than (6) six years and shall be numbered 101 to 130 inclusive.
