4) ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR <br />CommissionerGelbach moved to recommend Vice-Chair Baggenstoss as the new Chair of <br />the RosevilleParks and Recreation Commission. ChairO’Brienseconds. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Baggenstoss nominated Commissioner Hoag for the position of Vice-Chair of the <br />Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission. Commissioner Gelbachseconds. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />5) APPOINT ETHICS COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE <br />Chair O’Brien provided an overview of the Ethics Commissions function and duties. <br />Chair O’Briennominated Commissioner Stonerfor the position of Ethics Representative <br />from the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission.
