In subsequent <br /> discussions with them, this is the same organization and same person leading the <br /> organization that is serving the City Police Department in a similar agreement. <br /> The Police Department feels very good about that and the relationship the City <br /> has had with the organization. He stated he feels good about that and appreciated <br /> the City is doing that to ensure the total health of the City's Police and Fire De- <br /> partment employees. <br /> e. Approve the 2019-2021 Labor Agreements Between the City of Roseville and <br /> Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. Local 436 <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approving the proposed terms and conditions of <br /> the 2019-2021 collective bargaining agreement with LELS Local #436 and direct <br /> City staff to prepare the necessary documents for execution, subject to City Attor- <br /> ney approval. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 10. Council & City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> City Manager Trudgeon reviewed the April 15th City Council agenda, April 22nd EDA <br /> agenda, April 22nd City Council agenda and May 6th City Council agenda items. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there was a sense of the number of applicants for the Commission in- <br /> terviews on April 22nd <br /> Mr. Trudgeon stated last he heard the total was nine and the majority of those are on the <br /> HRIEC with two for the Finance Commission. <br /> Councilmember Etten stated he received an email from Mr. Culver a week or two ago <br /> about a potential event on April 22nd and he wondered if that was still in the works. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon stated the City would like to have a brief ceremony about celebrating the <br /> installation of solar. <br /> 11. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> Mayor Roe stated the representatives from CTV are going to be coming before the Coun- <br /> cil on an update of what is going on there at the May 13th work session. <br /> Mayor Roe stated he has been combining Agenda Items 10 and 11 frequently from meet- <br /> ing to meeting and he wondered if it made sense to officially make them a single agenda <br /> item. <br /> The Council was fine with combining the two agenda items. <br />
